Q. What are your rates?
A. We offer VERY competitive & affordable self storage rates. Our rates vary depending on location, size and whether it’s a temperature controlled self storage unit. For specific rates, contact us either by phone or e-mail using the convenient form on our Contact Us page. If you would like, drop by and we will discuss it with you in person. Our courteous and professional staff will be glad to help you figure out just what your needs are and help you select the most economical storage unit to suit your specific needs.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. OFFICE HOURS: Mon-Fri 9 am – 5 pm; Sat 9 am – 1 pm
Q. Should I make a reservation?
A. Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the self storage rental space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make advance reservations. Reservations are taken on a “first come” basis. For your convenience, we have three options available for advance reservations. You may contact us directly by phone or at our facility. You may also elect to fill out the simple Contact Us Form on our Contact Us Page.
Q. Do I need insurance?
A. We offer SafeStor® Insurance. You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy to see if you are already covered). All vehicles must provide proof of insurance and registration. Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can arrange to e-mail a monthly invoice, or even have your credit/debit card billed automatically each month. We also accept On Line Payments which is hassle free and security guaranteed.
Q. What is the minimum rental commitment?
A. Our lease is month to month, so you’re never tied down to a long term contract. If you would like to rent storage for a longer period of time, we offer special discounts for long-term leases.
Q. What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A. A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease our storage units. On RV and boat spaces, current registration and title in the tenant’s name is required.
Q. Do you have your own movers?

Q. Do you know where I can find moving & packing supplies?
A. Store It America has a wide variety of moving, packing and storage supplies and boxes available at our facility.
Q. Do you know where I can find a truck for my moving needs?
A. For our customer’s convenience, we provide U-Haul Truck and Trailer Rentals for the “DIY” people. Call today to reserve your truck or trailer.
Q. I have a lot of stuff to store and I am on a limited budget regarding my self storage needs. How do I figure out how much storage space I need?
A. You may call our office and speak with one of our employees to get a good idea just what your storage needs are.
Q. What types of vehicles do you permit?
A. We allow storage for any vehicle that can fit in a unit. Optionally, we can accommodate outdoor storage for RVs, boats, campers, or other vehicles.
Q. How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
A. The entire move-in processing should take less than 15 minutes.
